No. Parties are capped at 12 children and 14 adults. That’s 1 adult per invited child, plus 3 extra adults for the birthday child’s family. This is for comfort and safety in our play village.

We provide plates, cups and napkins as standard. You’re welcome to bring your own themed tableware or decorations if you’d like to personalise your party. Please note we don’t supply decorations.

Yes - we offer hot and cold refreshments, including barista coffee. These are not included as standard in the party package price but the host family can set up a tab if they wish. Adults cannot bring their own drinks.

Each snack bag will contain 3 sandwich fingers (1 ham, 1 jam & 1 cheese), crisps, raisins, yogurt and a cake bar.

Yes, we can cater for most dietary requirements. You’ll be able to tell us about these on your party form after booking.

Only a nut‑free birthday cake. Children’s snack bags are included in your package.

Deposits are non‑refundable in all circumstances. If you cancel with at least 14 days’ notice, any balance already paid will be refunded. Less than 14 days’ notice: the balance is non‑refundable.

We don’t supply party bags, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Sweet treats can go inside them but can’t be eaten on site.

Within 24 hours after booking you’ll receive an editable party form to add guest names, dietary needs and any extra details. Check your spam/junk folders for this if you don't receive it.
