To make the most of your experience, we recommend arriving 5 minutes early. This gives your family time to get checked in . Plus, it allows children to start their adventures on time.

Prepare for Fun!
As we have a 'no shoes' policy, please ensure you all have a clean pair of socks to wear inside the play village - socks with grips are even better and if you want to bring along a pair of clean slippers, you are more than welcome to.
