We’re so excited to finally share some lovely news with our Petite Street families…

Our much-loved story time sessions are becoming something even more special - and more regular!

✨ Introducing Petite Street Story Club - our new monthly interactive story time and play sessions for young children.

If you’ve ever joined one of our story time events before, you’ll know just how magical they are. They’ve always been incredibly popular and usually sell out quickly, so we’re delighted to be turning them into a monthly experience that families can look forward to all year round.

What is Petite Street Story Club?

Petite Street Story Club is a calm, gentle and engaging story time experience designed especially for toddlers and young children who love stories, imagination and role play.

Each session lasts 90 minutes and includes:

📖 A 30-minute interactive story time led by a professional children’s entertainer
🧸 Time to play and explore our beautifully themed role play village before and after the story
⭐ A stamp in your child’s Story Club Passport, helping them work towards special rewards

Story Club is designed to be:

Welcoming and inclusive
Gently interactive (no pressure to join in)
Perfect for building confidence, listening skills and imagination

Story time takes place in our seasonal role play area, with stories carefully chosen to suit the time of year and our village themes, while still celebrating much-loved, familiar children’s books.

Launching with a Winter Favourite: Jonty Gentoo ❄️🐧

We’re kicking off Story Club in February with the beautiful winter tale Jonty Gentoo.

Jonty Gentoo is a heart-warming story about a little penguin who gets lost in the freezing Antarctic and meets all sorts of animals on his journey home. It’s a gentle, engaging story that’s perfect for young children and fits beautifully with our winter-themed role play village.

This special session will combine:

Interactive storytelling
A cosy winter role play environment
Plenty of time for play, exploration and imagination

It’s the perfect introduction to Story Club and a lovely way to enjoy stories together during the winter months.

A Whole Year of Stories to Look Forward To

One of the things we’re most excited about is that we’ve released the full Story Club schedule from February to December.

That means families can:

Plan ahead
Book their favourite stories in advance
Or even aim to complete the full Story Club Passport journey over the year

Throughout the year, we’ll be enjoying a mix of classic, well-loved stories including:

The Very Hungry Caterpillar
Pirates Love Underpants
And many more…

What is the Story Club Passport?

Every child who attends Story Club receives their very own Story Club Passport.

Each month they’ll collect a stamp, and along the way they can earn:

🎁 A small reward after 3 visits
🏅 A certificate and book after 6 visits
⭐ A free Story Club session and certificate after 12 visits

It’s a lovely way to encourage a love of books, routine and shared experiences.

Who is Story Club For?

Story Club is ideal for:

Toddlers and preschool children
Children who love stories and role play
Children who prefer calm, gentle activities rather than noisy events
Parents, grandparents and carers who want a special shared experience

Each ticket includes entry for 1 adult and 1 child.

How to Book

1 adult + 1 child
